Online counseling and consulting tailored to LGBTQIA+, Autistic, and ADHD adults

You’re constantly worried about how people are perceiving you and trying to conform to social, cultural, and societal expectations.

You wish you could just fit in, but the more you try to, the more you end up feeling like a failure.

You end a lot of days feeling exhausted and lost, wondering, “What am I missing? What’s wrong with me?”

You want to be loved, but struggle to feel deserving of nurturing and support.

Sometimes you’re so focused on others and disconnected from yourself that you feel unsure of who you are, what you’re feeling, and what you want in life.

If this is you, you’re not alone. In a world where it’s often unsafe to be different, you deserve a space where you are believed, accepted, valued, and celebrated for your authentic self.

Hi, I’m Jess (they/them)!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Colors of You Counseling and Consulting. It's my passion to support people who are feeling the weight of shame and self-doubt, questioning where they belong/who they are, and struggling in their relationship with food and body. I know how painful it can be to feel out of place and like you're trying to fit into a mold that just doesn't feel right for you. That’s why I prioritize recognizing and celebrating all parts of your identity in the work we do together.
