LGBTQIA+ friendly and neurodiversity affirming online therapy for adults

You worry about how other people perceive you and whether you fit in.

You wish that perfecting your image or different areas of your life would make you feel better, but the more you try to, the more you end up feeling like a failure.

You end a lot of days feeling exhausted, wondering, “When will I ever feel enough?”

You don’t want to be alone with all this, but you struggle to feel deserving of support from others.

Sometimes you just wish you could turn the volume down on your inner critic and do that thing that everybody talks about (the fabled idea of “being yourself.”)

If this is you, I get it. In a world where it’s often unsafe to be different, it’s easy to lose yourself. You deserve a space where you can practice being you without judgment.

Hi, I’m Jess!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Colors of You Counseling and Consulting. It's my passion to support people in unraveling their internalized shame and watch them bloom as they begin to access authenticity and self-compassion. I know this work isn’t easy, so I bring genuineness, gentleness, and a little humor (when appropriate) to the process.
